Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 who are the daughters of Plaintiffs deceased sister despite having been served through their Advocate are not present before the Court. Since the project of redevelopment which is undertaken is crucial and important and law in regard to

CIVIL AO-319-2026.odt payment of corpus, transit rent and other charges being well settled, appropriate order will be passed by the Court by giving appropriate directions with respect to payment of transit rent, corpus and all other charges to be paid by the Developer as also for expeditious disposal of the Civil Suit between the parties regarding entitlement. 4.

Copy of this order shall be served by Advocate for Plaintiff on Advocate for Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 as also Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 by any appropriate mode of service forthwith and affidavit of service in that regard shall be filed.
