By the present petition, the petitioner prayed for taking action against the both the respondents/contemnor for disobeying the judgment and order dated 05.08.2025 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.7504/2020 which held that the petitioner is entitled to receive the retiral benefits as he was not terminated from service but without any back wages. 3.
