This contempt petition arises out of the order dated 02/04/2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3417 of 2024, whereby the respondent - Tribe Committee - was directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of three months.

Learned AGP has tendered an unconditional apology on behalf of the respondents/contemnor and states that the proceedings were already heard on 11/02/2026 and the decision shall be taken within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
