Heard Mr. Modak, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant.

This Court does not appreciate conduct on the part of the Applicant/Defendant in moving Application under Order VII, Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (the Code) on 11 December 2025 in a Suit which is pending since the year 2000 and which was taken up for arguments after completion of evidence. This Court is therefore not inclined to entertain the Revision Application. However, it is clarified that nothing observed in the order dated 2 January 2026 shall influence the mind of the Trial Court while deciding the Suit. The Civil Revision Application is disposed of accordingly.
