Learned Advocate for petitioner is absent. Learned AGP submits that in the present petition the petitioner was contending that the interim order passed by this Court has not been obeyed. His main Writ Petition No.5055 of 2024 was pending, however, today itself before the coordinate Bench the said Writ Petition No.5055 of 2024 has been withdrawn by the petitioner. Under such circumstance, nothing survives in the present petition. Petition stands disposed of.
