The challenge in this Application is to an order dated 18th March 2026 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Ghodnadi-Shirur, Pune, whereby an Application preferred by the Applicants-Defendants for the rejection of the Plaint under the provisions of Order 7 Rule 11 (b) and (c) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, came to be rejected. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 2.

Evidently, the Plaintiff was not party to the Gift Deed in respect of ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.06.10 16:39:51 +0530 which the declaration has been sought.

In this view of the matter, the Application stands disposed with a request to the Trial Court to frame and decide the issue of correct valuation of the suit claim and Court fees, in the event the Defendants raise the said ground in the Written Statement. ARS 1/2
