From the perusal of the Application for impleadment and order passed by the trial Court under the provisions of Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("the Code"), it becomes abundantly clear that the suit for partition came to be instituted in the year 2010 ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL and the Petitioner has purchased the subject property from Defendant ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.06.17 10:28:41 +0530 Nos. 2 to 5 under a Registered Tripartite Agreement dated 28th January 2013.

In these circumstances, the exercise of discretion by the trial Court to implead the Petitioner as a party-Defendant to the suit appears legally impeccable.
