At the outset, Mr. P.B. Borse Patil, submits that he has instructions to appear for the applicant and he will file the Vakilpatra on behalf of the applicants during the course of day. 2.

He submits that since he has already received the power, in order to save the time of the Court Civil Application No. 190/2026 be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh as the proper pleadings are not made.
