Learned counsel Mr. Deshmukh, Advocate h/f. Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that the appellant Pralhad Trimbak Langar expired on 18.10.2025. Along with the application, the applicants have annexed a Legal Heirs Certificate issued by the Grampanchayat Office, Godri, Taluka Ausa, District Latur, as well as a copy of the Death Certificate issued by the Medical College, Latur, showing the date of death of the deceased as 18.10.2025. The proposed legal representatives are mentioned at paragraph 4(B) of the application.

Taking into consideration the above submissions and the documents placed on record, the application is allowed. The legal heirs, as proposed in paragraph 4(B) of the application, are permitted to be brought on record. Necessary amendments shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
