This is an application seeking stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed in MACP No.857 of 2018 dated 6th May, 2024, M.A.C.P. R.D. N0.171 of 2024 dated 24th October, 2024 and warrant of attachment for movable property issued by the District and Sessions Court at Aurangabad dated 20th December, 2025.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application.

Considering the peculiar set of facts and circumstances of the case, it would be proper to grant a stay ot the execution of the impugned judgment and award, subject to certain conditions.

913 ca.227.26.odt In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), subject to the applicant depositing an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) in this Court within a period of four weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to produce a copy of this order before the Executing Court. The concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order. The application stands disposed of.
