Heard the learned advocate for the applicants. 2.

This application is filed seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondents/ appellants in the office of this Court towards the condition for granting stay. It is stated that the amount of Rs.4846150/- is already deposited in the office of this Court.

This application is opposed by the learned advocate

However, considering that in similar matters, this Court has already allowed such applications, hence this Civil Application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% amount of the deposited amount, on usual undertaking and the remaining 25% amount is permitted to be withdrawn subject to furnishing solvent surety and security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The Civil Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
