Applicants seek to withdraw amount of Rs. 24,23,099/- deposited by the acquiring body.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicants that in similarly situated matters this Court permitted the claimants to receive 70% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking. I propose to follow the same

The civil application is allowed partly. The applicants are permitted to receive the 70% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank. The civil application is disposed of.
