On 17.01.2025, the following order was passed:- 1.

Vide order dated 27.11.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.12910 of 2023, this Court had granted an extension of one year, while specifically observing that no further extension shall be granted on any court whatsoever.

Mr. Totala, learned Advocate for the Applicants, points out that although the aforesaid order was passed on 27.11.2024, the suit is still not decided. In view thereof, the concerned Court is directed to submit a report within a period of one week from today. 3.

Stand over to 27.01.2026.

As per the Office Report, the report from the concerned Court has not yet been received. The concerned Court is hereby directed to submit the report within one week.

In view of that, the Registrar (Judicial) is directed to call for an explanation from the concerned Court.
