1] The present Civil Application is filed for restoration of the Second Appeal and for condonation of delay of 129 days in filing the present Application for restoration. The Registrar [Judicial], vide order dated 30.07.2025, has granted two weeks time to the present applicants to remove office objections. The applicants failed to remove office objections within aforesaid period, as such, Second Appeal came to be dismissed vide order dated 30.07.2025.

2] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the delay of 129 days in filing the present Civil Application is condoned, subject to the cost of Rs.1500/- to be deposited with the Library of the Advocates Association of Bombay

624.26CA High Court at Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks. Civil Application is disposed of Accordingly. 3] Upon deposit of such cost, the Second Appeal shall be restored to its original position.
