Without going into merits of the matter, learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties unanimously submit that between the parties, various suits are pending before the Civil Court, namely R.C.S. Nos. 52, 53 and 146 of 2025 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ambad, and R.C.S. No. 345 of 2024 pending before the Civil
2 54 WP 898-2023.odt Judge, Senior Division, Ghansawangi, and it is for the Civil Courts to decide the rights of the parties.

In view thereof, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of, along with pending Civil Applications.
3.
Necessary entries shall be recorded by the concerned authorities after the Civil Courts decide the aforesaid suits on their own merits. 4.
All issues are kept open.
5.
It is made clear that this Court has not recorded any findings on the merits of the matter.
6.
Till the Civil Courts decide the aforesaid suits, all proceedings and orders passed by the revenue authorities, including order passed by Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad, shall remain in abeyance. 7.
Needless to mention that since the issue involved in all the suits pertains to succession, it is open for the parties to file an appropriate application for clubbing of the suits, so as to avoid multiplicity of proceedings.
