Applicants seek to condone delay of ranging from 3996 to 4984 days caused in preferring first appeals. It is submitted for
3 47 to 49, 115 and 116 ca 562.26 the reasons stated in the applications, the delay deserves to be condoned.

The applications are contested by the respondents. 3.
I find no reason to doubt bonafides on the part of the applicants. Averments of the applications have gone uncontroverted. Applicants are ready to give up interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. Matters are squarely covered by settled view taken by this Court in numerous matters. 4.
For the reasons stated in the applications, the civil applications are allowed. The delay stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not be entitled to claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. Office shall register the first appeals. The civil applications are disposed of.
