CIVIL APPICAITON FOR WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNT Heard both sides.

The applicants seek to withdraw amount deposited by the respondentAcquiring Body. Only 50% of the amount with accrued interest has been deposited in each appeals. The interest of the respondent-Acquiring Body is safe-guarded by not directing them to deposit entire amount of compensation.

3.

The Civil Applications are partly allowed permitting the applicants to receive the deposited amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The Civil Applications are disposed of.

FIRST APPEALS 5.

Admit. Learned counsel Mr. Jagtap waives service for the Claimant. Learned A.G.P. waives service for State.
