The present application has been filed seeking withdrawal of an amount of Rs.2,67,32,509/-, which has been deposited by respondent Nos.3 and 4 after deduction of TDS amount towards full and final settlement of the compensation amount payable to the applicant in both the contempt petitions. The undertaking to that effect, as directed vide order dated 23.12.2025, has already been filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 has no objection to the said withdrawal. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,67,32,509/-, along with accrued interest till date, towards full and final settlement. Consequently, the application as well as the contempt petitions stand disposed of.
