In so far as the civil application for grant of stay to the impugned judgment and award is concerned, perused the application. Heard learned advocate for the applicant. Considering the peculiar facts of the case, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, subject to deposit of 50% amount of compensation, with accrued interest thereon, within four weeks from today. If the said amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period, the stay shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the court. Civil application for stay is disposed of.
