Civil Application No.900 of 2026 is filed for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and permission to bring the legal representative of deceased claimants Bhika and Suman on record. Leave to correct the middle name of applicant No.3A i.e. Bhika. Amendment be carried out within one week from today. Perused the application. There is delay of 2214 and 624 days caused in filing this application.
For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed as the delay is not caused deliberately and intentionally. Hence, the delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Permission is granted to bring the legal representatives of deceased claimants Bhika and Suman on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of appeal memo and other applications, within a period of one week from today. Civil Application No.900 of 2026 stands disposed of.
