DATE :
22.01.2026 PER COURT :
1.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court.
2.
Permission granted.
3.
In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
4.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners prays for continuation of the interim relief which has been in operation since 27.06.2017. Learned Counsel for the respondents strongly opposes the said prayer on the
2 901 WP 8205-2017.odt ground that the respondents are not in a position to use the road and that considerable inconvenience is being caused to them, therefore, he submits that the interim order be not continued. 5.
Having heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties on the issue of continuation of interim relief, it is noted that this Court had granted interim relief by an ex-parte order on 27.06.2017. In the circumstances, I am inclined to continue the interim relief for a period of eight (8) weeks from today.
6.
The petitioners undertake that they shall not obstruct the respondents from using the road for transporting sugarcane crops. 7.
In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, pending Civil Application No.916 of 2026 also stands disposed of. [ SIDDHESHWAR S. THOMBRE ] JUDGE Pooja Kale/
