By these applications, the applicants pray for restoration of appeals by setting aside the order dated 25/06/2024, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, by which, registration of appeals was refused for non-removal of office objections in appeals within stipulated time. There is delay of 556 days in preferring these applications for restoration of appeals.

Heard learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

Learned A.G.P. strongly opposes for restoration of these appeals.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Delay stands condoned. All Civil Applications are disposed off. The order dated 25/06/2024, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside, subject to removal of office objections in all the appeals within a period of three weeks from today and depositing costs of Rs.1000/- in each application by the applicants, with the Library of the office of learned Government Pleader, High Court, Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
