For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application stands allowed. There shall be stay to impugned judgment and award, subject to applicant/Corporation depositing 100% amount alongwith interest accrued thereon as on today in the office of this Court within a period of 10 weeks from today. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 26/02/2026. Mr Wani, learned Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.
