It is pointed out that the earlier disbursement of amount granted on 09.07.2025 was credited to applicant No.1 towards his half share. Applicant No.2 was seeking his half share. They are real brothers. On instructions, learned counsel Mr. Kazi submits that there is consensus between them that the present disbursement is for applicant No.2. In that view of the matter,
