In these matters, civil application Nos. 1071 of 2026, 1072 of 2026 and 1075 of 2026 are filed for condonation of delay caused in bringing the legal representatives of the deceased claimants on record, in the respective first appeals. On perusal of applications, reasons stated therein and considering the objections raised by the learned advocate for the acquiring body, the applications deserve to be allowed in the interest of justice to decide the lis finally on merits. Thus, the applications are allowed. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

In so far as civil application Nos. 1073 of 2026 and 1074 of 2026 are concerned, the same are filed for deletion of names of the legal representatives, who are already on record. Considering the reasons stated in the said applications, the applications are allowed and disposed of.

List the first appeals on 30.04.2026 at 02.30 p.m. first on board.
