Applicants seek to withdraw an amount of Rs. 43,13,223/- deposited by the respondent - acquiring body. 2.

My attention is adverted to the common order dated 16th September, 2025 passed in Civil Application No. 9340 oof 2025 with other connected matters permitting the similarly situated claimants to receive 50% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking.

I find no difficulty in adopting the same course. The civil application is allowed partly permitting the applicants to receive 50% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this
