This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant / appellant. Perused the application.

Subject to the applicant / appellant depositing 50% of the amount as per the impugned judgment and award, in this Court within a period of six weeks from today, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B).
