Learned counsel Mr. Ambhore points out that, by virtue of order dated 25.04.2025, steps were expected to be taken within a period of six weeks, failing which the appeal would stand dismissed without reference to the court. However, according to him, he was tracing the address of respondent no.2 and has recently learnt about the address. He undertakes to comply today itself.
