The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for registration as a "Mathadi Worker" came to be rejected by the impugned order. He submits that the petitioner had applied along with the necessary documents, however, it was noticed that certain documents, namely, the police verification and consent of the employer, were not placed on record, and accordingly, the application was rejected. 3.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has now obtained the police verification and that he would also obtain and submit the employer's permission. He further submits that the application was also rejected on the ground that the petitioner was found to be involved in a criminal case.

Having perused the impugned order and considering the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is now in possession of all the necessary documents, liberty is granted to the petitioner to apply afresh to the respondent authority. The respondent authority shall consider and decide the fresh application in accordance with law, without being influenced by the earlier order passed. 5.
The petitioner submits that he shall make a fresh application within a period of two weeks. Upon receipt of such application, the respondent authority shall decide the same within a period of three months. 6.
