The present Civil Application is filed seeking extension of time in view of the order dated 01/10/2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 12116 of 2025, whereby the proceedings were directed to be decided within a period of four months.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that an extension of one year (including the four months time already granted) is required. The respondent has not raised any objection to the said request. 3.

Considering the submissions and without going into the merits of the application, and in view of the consent of the other side, the time is extended by a period of one year (including the time of four months already granted). 4.
