The present Civil Application is filed seeking permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs) deposited with Registry of this Court towards permanent alimony. 2.

The aforesaid amount was deposited pursuant to terms of settlement arrived at between parties. The Writ Petition No. 12507 of 2024 has already been disposed of.

In view of this, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.
