By the present application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 12.01.2026 passed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Singh, submits that in paragraph No.3 of the said order, it is erroneously recorded that the amount was deposited "in this Court." He submits that, in fact, the amount was deposited in the Executing Court at Nanded. 3.

In view of the above, the words "in this Court" appearing in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 12.01.2026 shall stand substituted by the words "in the Executing Court at Nanded". 4.

The application stands disposed of in the above terms. 5.

The necessary correction be carried out and the corrected copy be uploaded.
