( 4 ) PER COURT :- CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME .
The applicant - acquiring body seeks extension of time to deposit the amount up to 31st March 2026. Mr. N. D. Kendre, learned counsel for respondent no.1 would point out order dated 09.06.2025. 2.
It is informed that the matter is listed tomorrow before the Executing Court for issuance warrant for attachment of the account. Mr. B. R. Survase, learned counsel would urge that already demand is raised and necessary instructions are also issued to the authorities for release of the amount. 3.
As a last chance, time up to 31st March 2026 is granted for depositing the amount. No further extension shall be granted. 4.
If the acquiring body fails to deposit the amount, the concerned officer shall remain present before this Court on 1st April 2026. 5.
It is clarified that if the amount is not deposited within the extended period, it would be open for the Executing Court to take coercive action against the acquiring body.

List this matter on 1st April 2026.
7.
Till then, there shall be ad-interim relief.
8.
Civil Applications are disposed of.
