Applicant seeks to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2,02,889/- deposited by the respondent No. 1 - acquiring body. It would be appropriate to direct the office to disburse 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on certain conditions. 2.

The civil application is allowed partly permitting the applicant to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank. The civil application is disposed of.
