This is an application for restoration of the cross-objection, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. There is delay of 3843 days caused in filing the present application. Perused the application. Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

The learned AGP for the State strongly opposed the application and submitted that there is huge delay caused in filing the present application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice as the delay is not caused deliberately. The application is allowed in terms of prayer

932 ca.1388.26.odt clauses (B) and (C), subject to the removal of office objections within two weeks from today.

It is clarified that if the office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, this application shall be deemed to be rejected without further reference to the Court.
