By the present application, the applicants/original claimants seeks leave to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs.20,46,840/- deposited by the non applicants/acquiring body before the Registry of this Court in First Appeal No.365 of 2009. Learned counsel for non applicants/acquiring body raised no objection for withdrawal of the said amount.

In view of the above, the amount deposited by the acquiring body may be disbursed amongst the applicants/claimants in accordance with their respective entitlements and proportionate shares. 4.
