The present Civil Application is filed for bringing the legal heirs of Respondent No. 4 on record. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 7 opposes the application. However, considering the reasons stated in the application, the same deserves to be allowed. 2.

The proposed legal heirs shall be brought on record by carrying out amendment to the title clause within a period of one week from today. Upon such amendment being carried out, issue fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 4-A to 4-D, returnable on 06.03.2026. The appellant Jhs/ 1/2

929 CA NO. 1482 OF 2026 is permitted to serve the newly added respondents privately, in addition to the regular mode of service.
