None appears despite service of notice on contesting party. Applicants-acquiring body seek to condone the delay of 4867 and 4997 days caused in preferring the first appeals. It is further submitted that the applicants are ready to give up

90 & 91.odt interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. 2.

Applications have not been controverted by respondents. 3.

There is no reason to infer any malafides on the part of applicants - acquiring body in preferring the appeals belatedly. 4.

The condonation of delay has repercussions on the public exchequer. For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed on condition that applicants shall not be entitle to receive interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. Delay stands condoned. Office shall register the first appeals.

The civil applications are disposed of.
