This is an application for extension of time for depositing the amount.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that by the order dated 9th January, 2026 passed in Civil Application No.227 of 2026, this Court has directed the applicant to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- within four weeks and subject to that the relief in terms of prayer clause (B) was granted. Now, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is ready with the DD/cheque of an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. The Registry is directed to accept the DD/cheque.
