By this application, the applicants seek permission to withdraw the remaining 50% amount, which comes to Rs.12,06,594/-. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and considering the submission regarding the medical emergency, and upon going through the earlier order as well as the grounds in the appeal, I am inclined to partly allow the application. The applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.6,00,000/-, subject to condition No.2 as imposed in the earlier order dated 04.02.2020 passed in Civil Application No.1299/2020.
