Applicant seeks withdrawal of amount of Rs.19,13,493/- deposited by the acquiring body on the ground of parity, by placing reliance on orders dated 22.07.2025 and 01.08.2025.

Learned counsel for the acquiring body opposes the application. 3.

It transpires from the record that only 30% rates of the valuation report have been accepted in awarding compensation to the

( 2 ) 44 Ca 1643 OF 2026 applicant/claimant. I do not find any impediment in permitting the applicant to receive the amount on furnishing undertaking. 4.

Civil Application is allowed partly permitting the applicant to receive the deposited amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.

Applicant shall remove office objections within four (4) weeks from today.
