By this application, the applicant seeks to bring legal heirs of respondent Nos.10 and 12 on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Writ Petition No.6243 Of 2024:- 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that no notice is required to be issued to respondent Nos.2 to 9. Notice to respondent Nos.1-a to 1-e needs to be issued in the correct jurisdiction. She has filed pursis giving correct jurisdiction of respondent Nos.1-a to 1-e.
