This civil application is filed seeking leave to amend. The proposed amendment is given in the paragraph No.2 of the civil application. Since the petition is at pre-admission stage, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Reply is already filed by the Government. The Government is also at liberty to file fresh reply in view of the amendment.

ORDER

(i) Civil Application stands allowed.

(ii) The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Leave is granted to delete prayer clause (A) of the civil application.

(iii) The respondents are at liberty to file fresh affidavit in reply in view of the amendment.

(iv) Civil application stands disposed off.
