: SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J DATE : MARCH 04, 2026 PC :

1.

The motion is for speaking to minutes of order dated 11.02.2026.

2.

It is pointed out by learned Counsel for the Applicant that Applicants hold a joint account and disbursement needs to be in their joint account, which is also stated in the application. 3.

Inadvertently, it is not clarified in paragraph 4 of the order as to how the amount is to be disbursed. Applicants have a joint account and they are entitled to have equal share in the compensation. 4.

In that view of the matter, following clause no.(iii) be added:

P.1.odt "(iii) The above referred disbursement shall be in the joint account of the Applicants and they shall receive the amount in equal proportion".

5.

Corrected copy be uploaded. Motion stands disposed of. (SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.) Umesh
