This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court under impugned judgment and award. 2.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Learned Advocate for the respondent opposed the application and submitted that there is dispute regarding the involvement of vehicle in the accident. He therefore submitted that the application cannot be allowed in its entirety. 4.

Upon perusal of the application and impugned judgment, it would be proper to allow the application partly. Hence, the following order:

Civil Application is partly allowed.

b.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- out of the amount deposited in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon and cost etc., upon furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

c.

Civil Application is disposed of.

FIRST APPEAL NO.3547 OF 2025 1.

There is a possibility of compromise in the matter, place the matter before ensuing Lok Adalat i.e. on 14.03.2026, at the behest of the parties.
