This is an application for restoration of Cross Appeal (St.) No.9570 of 2025 in First Appeal No.4217 of 2017, registration of which stood refused by operation of conditional order dated 10-06-2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on failure of the respective appellants to remove office objections. 2.
Learned Advocate for the applicants/appellants in Cross Appeal, undertakes to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks. He also undertakes to diligently argue the matters, if the Cross Appeal is restored by condoning the delay in fling present application.

Other side has opposed the application.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for applicants, considering the reasons disclosed in the application, and in order to give fair opportunity to the applicants to argue the matters on merits, application need to be allowed. Hence the following order :
ORDER
(i) Civil Application No.1749 of 2026 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
(ii) Order dated 10.06.2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial) is set aside is set aside and the Cross Appeal(St.) No.9570 of 2025 is restored, subject to the applicants removing office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
(iii) Registry to register the Cross Appeal, if the office objections are removed within two weeks from today. (iv) On failure to meet the timeline for removing office objections, the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
