Learned Advocate for the applicant has brought to my notice order dated 20-03-2024 passed by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad in LRMA NO. 10/2022 by which, permission was granted to correct the name of the applicant. Present applicant is also taking benefit of order dated 20-03-2024. 3.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
