CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1828 OF 2026 This application is filed for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and permission to bring the legal representatives of deceased claimant Vishnu Chandar Takbide on record. Perused the application. Heard both the sides. There is delay of 31 days caused in filing this application. For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed as the delay is not caused deliberately and intentionally. Hence, the delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Permission is granted to bring the legal representatives of deceased

926 RA.148.25.odt claimant Vishnu Chandar Takbide on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of appeal memo and other applications, within a period of two weeks from today. The civil application stands disposed of.

It is clarified that, if the amendment is not carried out within two weeks, then the applicants will require to deposit costs of Rs.2000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad. REVIEW APPLICATION (CIVIL) NO. 148 OF 2025 This review application is filed for recall of the order dated 30th October, 2012 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and also to recall the order dated 14th September, 2017, passed by this Court as well as to restore the first appeal and the civil application for delay condonation.

Perused the application. Heard both the sides. For the reasons stated in the review application, the application deserves to be allowed, subject to removal of all the office objections. The review application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) to (D), subject to removal of all the office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
