We have heard the learned Advocate Mr Bajaj for applicant as also the learned Government Pleader for Respondent. 2.

As per the extant arrangement, the application has been moved seeking permission of this Court for implementation of a Circulatory Resolution dated 26.12.2025 for floating e-tender for purchase of Vegetables for Shree Sai Prasadalaya for the year 2026-27 for which an estimated cost of Rs. 2,75,00,000/- is required to be incurred.
