Present application has been filed for following relief :- "B) This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.62 passed by the learned Ad-hoc Committee in its meeting dated 29.03.2025 for issuing E-tender for calling of bids for giving Medical Shop on rental basis in the Shree Sainath Rugnalay premises for a period of five years."

We have gone through the resolution passed. It appears that in the past also the medical shop situated within the premises of Shree Sainath Rugnalay was given on rental basis for five years. Now, with E-tender [1]

914-3-ca-1837-2026.odt process the Committee intends to call the bids for giving the said shop on rental basis.
